Paul has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Paul has worked for construction companies as well as professional quantity surveying firms. Paul has been involved in all aspects of traditional quantity surveying services that are undertaken by the profession including feasibility studies, cost planning, BQ preparation & post contract cost control. Paul has extensive experience in dispute resolution procedures and contractual claims and is actively involved as an expert witness in numerous construction disputes.
